Is DHRpro compatible with my current software?
DHRpro is fully developed for ophthalmology and optometry. We are integrated with MDoffice, Medflow, and Allscripts, and we are currently in the process of developing tight integration with others to expand our offering. DHRpro will enhance any EHR’s strengths while minimizing its weaknesses.
Is DHRpro ready to be used in my specialty?
DHRpro is completely customizable to your practice! We currently serve all specialties in ophthalmology and optometry practices. We offer specially designed, actionable dashboards, as well as augmented dashboards for retina, glaucoma, cornea, and oculoplastic subspecialties. We are also in the first stages of design for dermatology and orthopedic surgery.
How do I get started?
First, connect with us for an implementation plan. Next, we will train your team. Service and support will be there when you need it.
How long will it take to implement DHRpro?
Implementation typically takes 2-4 weeks from the time of commitment by the customer. The 60-day free trial begins once implementation is complete.
How much training is involved?
We customize the system to specifically fit the needs of your practice, and training only takes about an hour. After this initial training session, your staff will begin using our dynamic system with confidence and ease. Then, about two weeks after training, we schedule a follow-up session to answer more specific questions.
Will DHRpro make things easier in my practice?
Yes! We connect all of your systems seamlessly so everything you need to know about a patient is right at your fingertips. No more searching multiple screens for past procedures, diagnostic test results, or patient histories! DHRpro will help you will locate and reactivate at-risk patients quickly, without expensive third-party services, and eliminate loose ends. Finish your day efficiently with our end-of-day review.
What about hosting and security?
DHRpro takes data security incredibly seriously. Our platform is hosted on Microsoft Azure, which is used by federal government agencies, including the National Security Agency (NSA) and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). Microsoft Azure provides confidentiality, integrity, and availability of customer data while also enabling transparent accountability.
Is there service and support?
One of our unique support features is our multifaceted task system. Users can ask a question in real-time and receive same-day feedback, via either immediate chat or response, within 1-2 hours, depending on the complexity of the question and availability of DHRpro team members.
