Michael Gordon

Michael Gordon has managed operations for start-ups and turnarounds of private and public companies for the past 25+ years; also serving as a consultant and board member for other companies to create and restructure business plans.

Before joining DHRpro, Michael was the Corporate Administrator, CFO, and Board member of MDIntelleSys, LLC.  From product inception to eventual exit to Nextech, Michael helped to build the ophthalmology EHR technology used by 70% of retina surgeons and 40% of ophthalmologists in the U.S. today. 

Another of Michael’s accomplishments was his turnaround of HighCom Armor and BlastGard Technology where he took the company from bankruptcy to a multi-million dollar company in seven years.  One of the keys to his success was bringing the development and manufacturing of protective human armor in-house and then reselling it wholesale to other distributors with OEM labeling.

In his spare time, Michael serves as Chairman of SOS Ministries, a nonprofit dedicated to bringing hope to West Africa through missionary activities and clean water deployment. He also serves as local Director of Fundraising for Tunnel to Towers Foundation which provides relief to families of fallen veterans and first responders.
